Full Body Healing Session

Relax, Breath and Rejuvenate!

During your 45-minute Full Body Healing Session, you will sweat, release toxins while you increase blood flow and heart rate to make your muscles relax. Next is the Plunge, where you will lower your heart rate and increase blood vessels to help your body recover. Meditate! After the cold session, embrace a few exercises to get warmed up. Heal! Finally, indulge in our local complimentary beverages and snacks and rinse in the shower. Enjoy!

Two Infrared Sauna Sessions Available, 30 or 45 minutes

Pause, Relax and Breath. Experience the benefit and healing power of an Infrared Sauna session. First, wash the stress away in the shower and wrap yourself in the luxury robe and slippers. Melt your stress away with the full spectrum Infrared Sauna therapy that induces a calming effect and boosts recovery. Rinse in the shower and indulge in our local complimentary beverages and snacks. Enjoy!
